Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bukhariz. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Sale items and custom/bespoke orders are non-refundable
How to Return
- Email us at returns@bukhariz.aromanish.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the items securely and ship to our address
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
